After a thorough search of work, we managed to select our company in a clone of Sangiovese.
Our vineyard posts in an area not far from the sea coast of Livorno and Pisa forests of the mountains, you are giving a product vinous, intense, full bodied and harmonious, and in the same time full of perfume.
After a winemaking curata in its transformation process, the wine was matured in French barriques for 12-14 months followed by an aging in bottle for at least six months.
Notes and Characteristics
A good taste, full bodied with an aftertaste of sweet tannins
It goes well with red meats, game, mature cheese and some fish dishes.fish and with “cacciucco” fish soup.
From best at a temperature of 16 °.
It is advisable to uncork the bottle 30 minutes before being served.

Opposite the farm guesthouse there is a wine shop where you can taste and if you want also buy the products of the farm, mainly oil and wine.
For about thirty years the vinification of the red grapes has taken place in glass coated cement vats where the wine rests until after the Spring, and is then put in barrels of French oak, where the wine matures for about 12- 18 months, according to our tradition. The vinification of the white grapes takes place in steel vats in controlled fermentation at a temperature of about 17°, this allows us to maintain unaltered in the wine those perfumes, aromas and tastes which make it pleasant to the palate and to the nose
